How the mobile delivery service works

Our highly successful mobile delivery service is now in its 24th year.

This service takes out all of the hassle of ski hire, avoiding the queues in the ski shop and the inconvenience of lugging your equipment to and from your chalet.

Our mobile team aim to provide the highest quality rental equipment, combined with excellent levels of customer service at a highly competitive price.

Order on line

Though our online booking system you can provide us with all the information we need to arrive at your chalet with equipment that fits you and from this information we shall select the correct binding adjustment for your safety. You will have the ability on line to select the price band you wish but you are always free to upgrade or change as you wish in resort. Our technicians will endeavour to select you a ski or board based on your experience and the current conditions to maximise your skiing enjoyment.

If you have not ordered on line

If you arrive in resort and have not pre-booked, just pick up the phone and ring us on +33 (0)4 79 00 51 70. We shall send one of our technicians around to take your order in person. We operate out-with normal shop hours, so no matter how early or late you arrive, we are always at hand to get you fitted and ready to hit the slopes.


If you have pre-ordered, when you arrive in resort your equipment will be waiting for you in your accommodation or be pre-prepared ready and waiting for your call. When you arrive in resort ask a member of your chalet staff or phone us yourself on (+33 (0)4 79 00 51 70). We will send a technician around to make any changes or adjustments necessary and to regulate your bindings if you have brought your own boots.

Changes during the week

At any point during your holiday please feel free to contact us if you are less than 100% satisfied with your equipment or if you would simply like to try a different piece of rental equipment. We'll gladly make any changes to make sure you are getting the most from your holiday.


We take payment online for most rentals so you are not interrupted during your stay. We can make any refunds or surplus adjustments by credit card over the phone or via PayPal. Or if you prefer we can send one of our payment clerks around to your chalet to complete payment during the week.


At the end of your stay we simply arrive to collect the equipment, avoiding another trip to the ski shop.
